Thanks! My thyroid tests came back within the "normal" range but I have had low basal temp for years so I do suspect hypothyroidism. I do not want to take medication for the rest of my life and have already eliminated all soy from my diet. I went on the coconut bandwagon earlier this year and while I don't consume the oil very frequently I sprinkle shredded coconut on my oatmeal.

I switched to sprouted grains and after a month or so did not notice any difference in digestion. I also started taking enzymes with every meal and while they help a little with the gas, it's not significant.

My goal is to bring my body back into balance like it was (or I believed it to be!) 20 years ago. I was raised on natural foods and herbs and I know the body can heal itself with some help. However, my yo yo dieting over the years most likely contributed to it's present state.

I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and do the liver flushes. I don't think I'll be able to sleep with all that gurgling (Mag 07 keeps me from relaxing too) so I think I'll try the oil early in the morning and nap or relax most of the day. The oxygen caps would jar me awake running to the bathroom. I feel like I've spent my life in the bathroom for the last 10 months taking one product after another along with excellent diet. Since I'm not in pain, I thought the process would be a few months cleansing and then I could lead a *normal* life of maintenence.

It's been frustrating but I'm not giving up.
