You could do bowelcleanses and liverflushes. It will keep you clean so you won't reinfect the other people. Look at these forums for information. I never use parasite cleanse, according to Ask Andreas Moritz you can stay clean by keeping your intestines and liver clean.
In this way when you clean the children seperately, you are at least clean. Children that age are kind of young to do liver/bowel cleanse.
Please try to relax this becomes an obsession. Everybody has some parasites that the body might even need. I am not too excited about this cleaning stuff, I would go to Ask Barefoot Herbalist Forum and buy his Dewormer for children. He has small children so he will have the right kind of herbs for them. In one of the messages there, you have to look for his phone number, you can even talk to his wife. I would suggest also use his Dewormer, believe it or not it even tastes good. You need 2 bottles for yourself to do it for 30 days.
And yourself do the liverflush, even he said often that helps a lot.
