pinworms!!!! please help

Hello All, I am desperately seeking help. Here is my story: my 3 year old daughter brought home pinworms in april (she doesn't attend preschool, but several neighborhood kids do..) anyhow, once i figured out that she had pinworms we treated her and it was gone.. then 4 months later her symptoms returned, very frustraded with dealing with it a second time, i went through the whole cleaning the house and treating her and i thought it was gone again when i discovered i had them. so i treated myself with the same medication as my daughter (vermox/mebendazole 100mg) but my symptoms would not go away, so then i treated myself about 3 more time over the course of a couple weeks (vermox) and they would not go away. So then i tried the otc pyrantel pamoate (reese's pinworm from walgreens) again didn't work so then i dosed myself large doses 2 days in a row (going against the box's directions) but feeling quite desperate. then the 2nd day i ate a huge bowl of jalapeno & onion salsa and they were gone.. phew, i was so relieved.. THEN UGGGHHHHHHHHH MY WORST NIGHTMARE about 3 weeks later they came back. i hae now been dealing with them for 3 months and have tried EVERYTHING they are affecting my life and my relationship with my husband.. i am anally cleaning constantly. i use a different bathroom then the rest of the house, my husband sleeps in another room, i also have a 1 yr old daughter and i am constantly using hand sanitizer and washing my hands even in the night when i need to comfort her. i NEVER EVER scratch. i change my sheets often. i am in constant fear that i am going to spread them to my family and i hate treating my 3 year old because i worry the meds aren't healthy. here is what i have tried: coating my butt with vaseline every night, coating my butt with desiten every night, eating 2 cloves of garlic a day, eating cup fulls of shredded carrots & pumpkin seeds every day, doing paragone for 3 weeks, i just did The Master Cleanse for 4 days with a salt water flush on the 3rd day, putting Wormwood , cloves mixture in my water 3 times a day, rubbing alcohol on my butt (yes it burns but i am desperate)...anyhow, somedays i want to cry, other days i want to scream, i am having a very VERY hard time dealing with this. i have a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old and i am desperate as i HATE having this and am so worried that my family is going to keep getting reinfected from me..can someone PLEASE HELP!!!
