adding yogurt to P&B

I've been taking P&B shakes off an on for months andmonths - mostly on. The use of the shakes does make me feel better overall and keeps my feet from swelling. I've never seen any mucoid plaque. Well this week I decided to get a little bit ceative and wanted a different taste...I mixed plain yogurt with the shakes. It made the drink texture change a bit for the better. I am almost tempted to mix a few fruits or vegetables in it as well for a smoothie type drink.

All of a sudden my stools are different. They are looking a bit more mangled but they also are very "pink" almost as if I am bleeding. There are strands of mucous that I haven't seen before. I feel irritation during and after a movement--like I've been scraped out. It isn't a severe thing and almost feels like the movements are more productive than usual. It is not my diet that is changing the stool color.

I've done several parasite cleanses and haven't seen strange critters.

I did a search and so far I haven't seen any reference to anyone mixing yogurt in their shakes.

I guess my questions are...has anyone else experienced this? Do you think it is safe to continue to mix the yogurt with the shakes? I find it very pleasing on the pallette.
