Don't let these chemtrails put you in this type of stress. Did you know that negative stress alone is also toxic to your body?

There is no doubt that there is an element in our society that probably works with our governement to spray all of us for greedy reasons- and they justify their reasons for doing this. Saying they are helping cull the overpopulation for the "greater good" and other bullcrap.

Whatever the case, We are all living in a toxic World--wether we are being sprayed or not. And this toxic World became toxic because of MAN, as well as man's good intentions. They say the pathway to hell is laid by man's good intentions. I believe that.

Now, what to do to deal with the toxic World we live in is--

Do whatever it is in YOUR power to eliminate anything that is toxic around you- Replace with natural alternatives. There are alternatives to even cleaning products that are chemical free- One such product I use for windows and glass, and countertops is something like "Citra-Solve"

Cut out even cosmetics and toiletries you normally use- which have tons of chemicals that stress out your liver. Use natural alternatives, such as Burt's Bees products., etc.,

Do not eat any commercial packaged foods. Eat whole foods and use a non toxic veggie cleaner to strip off pesticides, etc., from produce.

Detoxify your body by cleaning out your colon with colon cleanses-- which is one way to clean out toxins from sitting in your colon for weeks on end.

Also, do liver flushes- which will RELEIVE your liver from stress and give it a jump start. Our livers are under stress these days trying to cope with the chemicals around us.

Cut out all soft drinks and Westernized foods- including fast foods.

Most packaged foods contain chemicals and additives added to make people addicted to the product so that they continue to buy more-- not to mention other chemicals that are actually listed on the labels. These all add up.

They will say that it isnt enough to hurt someone- but I say that every one of these things builds up in your liver like dust in a Hepa filter. See the big clumps of dust that build up at the filter? The clumps of dust were all individual dust grains that collected -- requireing you to clean out the vaccume cleaner filter or add a new filter.

This is how our liver is- the body's "Hepa Filter"

Do whatever you can to give your liver a break. No longer eat refined foods and refined sugar., Cut out alcohol permanently.

Drink water with raw lemon squeezed in it each day to clean out your kidneys. Do sets of 3 Liver Flushes twice a year.

parasite cleanse two months out of each year.

Bowel Cleanse once a month.

Dont even use chemical air freshners- but use Essential Oils instead.

Even consider getting an Ionizer for your rooms. You can actually find small ones for $19.99 that are the same as those Sharper Image ones, only meant for smaller spaces. I use one near my bed at night. You never have to buy another filter- just clean the existing one with a cloth and reinsert.

Remember also- God has the last laugh. Dont let the arrogant get you down. Karma is very real. I believe that when someone does something to harm someone, it comes back to hit them in the face 3-fold later.

In the meantime, you make your house and body a haven free of chemicals as possible and get yourself an Ionizer when you can!

Get away from your neighborhood when possible and go into a wooded area- where the treas naturally detoxify pollution.

Also- if you have any mercury fillings in your mouth- get them replaced with composite-- if only replacing them 1-2 at a time.

That is a big step in detoxifying your body from heavy metals --- which are just as if not more toxic than chemtrails.
