Paranoia.. please, any advice?

I read about the ChemTrails last night for the first time. When I stepped outside this morning, I was sickened and horrified to see the white lines across the sky. They've just about quadrupled and the horizon is so hazy! Isn't illness inevitable? I'm so paranoid I don't even want to leave my house anymore. I've never been as frightened as this in my whole life... I feel as if I just want to commit suicide for I fear the affects of the future. Please, can anyone give me any advice? Tweet
