Sorry to hear that the cleanse didnt work out for you. I hope that the salt water flush works for you. I tried it to clean me out and it didnt work and I couldnt figure out why?

I did enemas after having my first bowel movement to clean out the bowel and toxins faster and still had two other bms per day. If you didnt want to do an enema you could go for a colonic unless you think thats even worse.

Are you continuing to take the digestive stimulators as they help to secrete the bowel to make things move.
