Thanks, its good to hear people having positive results with this cleanse. I do find it very expensive but if people are getting good results it might be worth it. I am a cheapo though I am still waiting to see what the old fashioned PB shakes will do for me I have to admit I am getting impatient!

What is involved in the precleanse then?
