The Blessed Herbs Cleanse is the first one I ever did back in December. I chose this one because it was guaranteed. If you don't produce MP, you get refunded. When you start seeing your own MP come out of your body, it is just a huge sense of relief (because you know for sure that toxic crap is coming out)and you get kind of excited to see it all come out. Also I had great energy and sleep while and after doing this. I did the apple juice fast for this. You need to do a 3 day precleanse before the 5 day cleanse and I started seeing MP the 2nd day of the precleanse. Good Luck to you!
