Re: allergic to psyllium-how do I cleanse/rid of plaque?

The Master Cleanse (MC) is not the protocol that was described a few posts up (taking the herbs and Bowel Cleanse to kill parasites). In fact, the Master-Cleanse is meant to be done on it's own with no extra herbs or cleanses added on. I've read that the Master-Cleanse is a great cleanse, but not for everyone at first, depending on how toxic you are. If I were you, I would start with a good Bowel Cleanse (colonix, Oxypowder , magO7, P&B, etc) and after you are eliminating well, start on a parasite cleanse. You can find parasite cleanses at your local health food store or here online. The Bowel Cleanse I use is MagO7 - and I simply picked that one because I could buy it locally and liked the idea of liquifying everything and moving it out rather than the fiber pushing things out. I also have Kroeger's Wormwood Combo which is a parasite cleanse with all the herbs mentioned in a previous post. The reason for the bowel cleanse first is to make sure that when you start killing the critters, you can move them out of you quickly, rather than letting them be re-absorbed by your body. From what I've read, if you have children, Kroeger's has a children's parasite protocol also. If you treat yourself, you must also treat everyone else in your house, including pets, to be sure that you get them all and don't get re-infected. HTH
