It has been a couple of months. The P & B shakes don't work well for everyone and I decided I just must be one of these people.

Despite bowel cleansing by other methods, nothing (not even colonics) has taken this 10 pounds off, but I keep trying. I am sure it will eventually.

I am going to try Oxypowder or Colosan in the next few weeks and see if that works.

Has anything worked for you?
