I have the dandelion, I'll have to look for the others next time I'm at the store. I'll also have to try liver pate, just out of interest. I'm far from vegetarian, no pork, very rare red meat, but plenty of fish, chicken, and eggs.

I read that post, I'm not sure about it though. I'm on Grapefruit-Seed-Extract right now, going to Pau Darco in a week, in a month or two I'll add oil of oregano to the rotation. I do think that probiotics are more important than antifungals, but at this point I'm happy to strain my liver to kill an extra yeast cell or two. If I thought a chainsaw would get rid of it I'd be at teh hardware store!
