Just want to be sure you are aware that mag hydroxide and mag citrate are not absorbed into the body. There are many types of magnesium and this is not an solution if you suspect your magnesium levels are low.
I've heard a way to get your mag levels up is soak for 40 minutes in a bath w/lots of Epsom salt. Our body will absorb what it needs.
I have no proof that this works except how extremely relaxed I am afterward. Magnesium is very tranquilizing.
I don't get the same feeling just soaking in a hot bath.
