Can someone give some advice, please.
I'm trying to get into the PB and shake cleanse. I'm using whole psyllium husks, so I am taking 1 tbsp in 10
oz of room temperature water, followed by chugging another 10
oz of water. I am only having BMs every couple of days, and only when I strain at it, not good in the long run.
I got fed up over the weekend and used Senna, but I know it's habit forming, so that's no good in the long run either. I'm drinking at least 2.5 to 3L of water a day- I'm always peeing! I'm also taking 3 tsp or olive oil or hemp oil before meals. Drinking very warm water in the morning. I'm taking digestive enzymes before I eat and have upped my probiotics to 8billion prior to every meal too.
I'm eating oatmeal of whole, rolled oats in the morning, a whole grain with my meals (not rice).
Perhaps going to yoga more often will help, I have had to skip classes for the last two weeks due to a pretty hectic schedule.
I haven't even started with the
Bentonite because I'm desperately trying to get regular and I understand it can constipate more. What the heck else can I do? I mean besides just switch to
Oxypowder , which I have a lot of reservations about- the primary one being: what kind of 'non-habit forming' substance requires you to take 3 pills a day for maintenance? Sounds pretty fishy to me, but I could be totally out to lunch on that. Also, how do you 'know' it's liquifying your mucoid plaque- I would much rather see it come out of me as proof.
Anything else you can think of would be great- and yes, I am very close to breaking down and buying a home enema kit even though the idea scares the bejeesus out of me.
