I love miso and had NO idea it was loaded w/probiotics.
Makes sense since it's fermented.

How do you make a soup without heating the miso too high and killing the bugs?

Also what brand and types do you buy?

I was checking out South River Miso and they have it in
dandelion, chickpea etc

Thanks for turning me on to this. Plus I love MISO in the winter. It is so soothing and just feels so good!
