Natural Source for probiotics other than acidophilus

Hi All,
I am doing the Arise and Shine cleanse by Dr. Anderson (awesome experience and results are incredible). And I wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for this forum. You all taught me about plague and what it looks like and what it's like to get rid of it.

Dr. Anderson promotes our taking a much broader range of probiotics, with some but not allot of acidophilus.
I currently culture my own Kefir from raw cow milk, and it's main bug is acidophilus. I'm going to try to switch to raw goat milk if I can get it.

I am trying to find the natural source for some of these other bugs. Any one know?

Like:
Bidocbacterium infantis, bifdum, longum, breve
Lactobacillus plantarum

Thanks for any links or pointing me to more information.
Happy Cleansing!

Suzanne
