I was hoping that might be related to m.plaque! Yesterday I had another funny looking green jelly thing that shaped like a baby m.plaque (about 3 cm with a few twists!) So you think it's bile -well i'll just have to keep on trying until I get some results!

Today is actually my last day of my fast (10 days of juice only). I am feeling so good inside(mind & body) I am seriously thinkging about making this fast longer - 20 days perhaps. Although I did dream of eating fish last night! Is my body telling me that I should have some protein?

Also, after seeing the green moucus in your BM, did you eventually get some M.Plaque? and if you did, how long did it take you?
