I don't have a set amount of cayenne pepper I use....I just add.
As far as the garlic, I just added it this last time I did my detox bath as an afterthought. It probably doesn't do anything. I just had an excess of elephant garlic. It didn't make me smell like garlic, though.
The thing that blows me away is that hours after my detox bath, I can actually taste the ginger in my body. That's how I know it has been absorbed.
