Yeah, I totally agree with that (expect for I do think there is more to why people feel good after the Liver Flush than just the magnesium, but I am sure you know that). I'm reading some really interesting info on mag. deficiency right now. I take baths in with magnesium bath salts. I think they are a little different than Epsom Salts , mag chloride rather than sulfide. I might try using ES again when I run out of what I have. I just have a negative association to Epsom Salt in my head based on the way it tastes from doing liver flushes. Aaaargh, I really can't stand that stuff. It pains me to even think about taking a bath in it. But I will try to be open-minded and give it a try. The mag bath salts I have are a little on the expensive side. You should try the powered mag citrate and see if you notice a difference. It is supposed to be more absorbable when dissolved in water.
