My diet consists of egg whites, chicken breast, oatmeal, brown rice, very little potatoe, I was drinking soy milk I just bought some almond milk ( is that better?). I drink 2 or 3 protein shakes thru the day, 1 protein bar, 1 16 oz. juice(beet, oranges, carrots, parsley, apples) as much water as possibles, various supplements.
