you can do the pb shakes concurrent with a parasite cleanse- just make sure you are taking the parasite herbs at least an hour away from the shakes, or the Bentonite will absorb the herbs and you wont kill too many wormies- actually it is ideal to do these together, because the pb shakes help get out all the parasites you kill, and help reduce the effects of die off.
i did about two months of pb shakes, together with a course of parastroy, before i did my first fast, which i did together with a course of paragone (i thought parastroy was more effective, but thats subjective, since i probably had more wormies before my first cleanse) for 14 days then my first liver flush, which cleared out of me really quickly, but didnt result in a whole heap of stones (although i spontaneously passed a lot of bright green ones in the middle of the fast)
i am about to begin another fast, this time without the pb's and try for a little longer than the 14 days i did the first
i have not tried any of the products you mention, and have never done an enema (i have three small children and no bathroom privacy to speak of, and i cant really figure out the logistics of doing an enema- not really something you want to be interrupted in the middle of), but i find the salt water flush to be extremely effective- it actually washes out the entire system, instead of just the last couple of feet
