Reading your message is like reading of my own experience.I had the same problem, no obstruction showed on the x ray, I had to stay in hospital for 3 weeks.They gave me the stuff they gave you and nothing worked.Nothing could get my bowels moving again. At long last someone gave me some natural psyllium fibre...it saved my life, my bowel started to work again. I`m now on the psyllium and Bentonite Colon Cleanse and cant believe how much hard, old mucoid plaque is coming out! The constipation was caused by severe mucoid plaque build-up in my colon, to the extend that it caused an obstruction!Hope this helps...you are not alone.
