Re: Heading to the hospital tomorrow... HELP!

Since my hysterectomy, I have had chronic constipation. Two things work for me now:1- Sepia. You can get it at a good compounding pharmacy, herbal store. Do not bother w/the small amounts, take 1 big dose. 1 m. That is 5 little pills, sublingual. You only do this as a constitutional, not all the time. For me, the results are a very normal stool. 2-I also periodically drink a tea, ChiroKlenz. You steep it and then dilute it. For me, one bag makes 4 or 5 glasses. They say to gradually drink 1 bag per cup but I go the opposite way and dilute it even more. It is expensive, I got it from my colonic therapist. If you live in a populated area a local chiropractor may also have it.
