re: warm water

Yep the warm water did the trick. I pooped!!! Yea--but it is yellowish orange. That's kind of strange. Do you think it is from left over lemonade? How long do you think we can wait before we do the Master-Cleanse again. I am going on vacation for a week July 7th and have a feeling I am going to gain all my weight back. I was thinking about trying this again, but wondering if that is too early. I only did it for 9 days --some people go 40. So I don't think it would do that much harm. It is just getting the motivation again. Oh and now I have mouth sores around the inside of my lips. Got them last night. Thanks for support. Tweet
