Oh, I also forgot to mention...
I also forgot to mention that if you keep your food intake balanced out, you should be able to toss those multivitamins. I took 2 tsp of Daily Complete yesterday and it knocked me out. The recommended dosage is 2 tbsp, but if I take too much vitamins, they put me to sleep. (my body is strange. lol) So I knew that 2 tsp was too much for me. But when I got my raw veggies and salad inside of me, my energy levels shot right up again like when I was on my last days of my MC.
Also sun and warm weather is good for you as long as you remember to drink plenty of water. Water flushes out your system and whatever toxins are left can be flushed out through sweat also, but we need water to sweat. When you play in the sun and heat, drink more water than you normally would. You will sweat it back out as soon as you drink it. It is also good for clearing up skin problems by flushing the toxins out through sweating.
This is why I sweat buckets outside mowing teh lawn yesterday was because I had drank plenty of water before and afterwards. My intake for water should be about (5) 16
oz glasses a day and I know taht I drank at least 7 yesterday. :) Keeping self hydrated in the heat was probably one of the few good things taht the military taught me. :)
