Yesterday I ate normal, like the day before, but all organic and natural foods. Today I was tired and was lacking energy.
So I drank one of my lemonades and my energy picked back up enough that I went out and mowed the lawn in 90 degree heat. (small lawn and used a push mower. But I still sweated buckets out there. lol)
I have been drinking my water, and have oj in the mornings, along with my organic yogurt and an organic apple sauce cup, but I feel that maybe something is missing in my diet or something is off.
I did notice that my normal amount of cayenne pepper this time tasted strong. I almost felt like my mouth was on fire, but I didn't want to waste my drink so I just drank it.
Should I go back on my vitamins? Or get back on the Master-Cleanse for a while longer?
