Thank you very much for the reply. It was very helpfull.

The sentence I found is: "I understand that the certification I receive from GIFAM does not qualify me to practice medicine, nor does it guarantee employment for my behalf. I agree to use my knowledge and certificate according to the applicable laws in the state where I reside". Sorry for my misrepresentation.
