Alternative Health Education in Canada

Is there anybody here who graduated in Canada or U.S.? I would like to get the first hand info about the quality of the studies, what areas of studies are in demand and how hard or easy is to find a job and where to look for a job. What are the typical salaries? My only concern with the alternative health care and education is that nothing is built in the stone (the treatments may vary and every day a "new" treatment is discovered). Any input will be appreciated!
