God never authorized or sanctioned any vigilante groups. The Lord has sanctioned "the governing authorities" only to deal with crime (Romans 13 :1). INTENTIONAL evil is committed by many people and God will teach them the error of their way. Unintentional evil (mistakes) is committed by EVERYONE because of our inability to be perfect. Even the Guardian Angels in New York are not sanctioned by God. Because of the amount of crime here in New York City, at times, they have been helpful in respect to safety. They are a small group (about a dozen or less) of brave people and could put their talent to better use in an official capacity.
