Re: absolutley no bowel movement

I used to know someone who told me that their cousin was in the habit of not going to the bathroom ( some kind of phobia. He also was being treated for AIDS and eventually recovered from the AIDS. I never found out much else, but I heard that he was also bloared from not going to the bathroom. I can only think that he didn't recover from the Aids without getting healthy by syaying bloated. He must have done something to make his digestion system work bettr so that he could go to the bathroom. Check out www.renewlife.com That site advertises products that you can buy in the health food store that will help your digestive system work better and that is what makes you go to the bathroom (probiotics, enzymes and F.O.S. fructo-oligo-saccharides). It might cost as much as $30 dollars, but you might only need to start with $10 dollars, if you can afford the thirty dollars, PLEASE spend it and do the best you can for yourself. the health of the digestive is one of the simplest and most important things anyone can do for their health (SERIOUSLY), because all of the food we eat, and even the vitamins we take can't do much good if we don't absorb properly what goes into our body. The first simplest thing also affects your digestion (and bowel movements), WATER. We are supposed to drink half our body weight of water every day ( 150 pounds...75 ounces, about two and a half quarts). There is even a The Water Cure Recipe on this website. It is actually an ancient cure from India and was brought to this contry by Dr. Batmanghaledj. All it involves is drinking the fist quart and a half of water within the first ten minutes in the morning and then relaxing for half an hour to let the water loosen up everything inside you. But, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE,do not do anything rash. The health of the body also affects the happiness of the heart, I am no stranger to Depression and wanting to escape. In your post, you did not cure, whine or insult anybody, as bad as you feel, you are a good conscientous person. Hang on and get healthy!

Caring Person
