Whatever you do don't give up! I personally have suffered from IBS,CFS & Candida overgrowth & it is extremely depressing. There is so much information (which I did not have access to in the past) within these sites & they can be a wealth of information. Keep perservering & you will get there, just have hope!!!! We all go through challenges in our lives, just keep going to find what is right for you.
