Re: AMYK

PC is my shorthand for parasite cleanse.

How sure are you that you don't have parasites? I read somewhere that about 90% of us have about 60 or so different parasites in us out of the possible 123 known to Science that can harbour in our bodies. Not all are visible to the eye, not all are worm like. I'm not trying to scare you, I'm just relaying what I've read. You should also check out the parasite cleansing forum.

From my research and readings it is recommended that you do the following in the following order:

colon detox (important)
parasite cleanse (important)
blood cleanse (can be skipped)
kidney (can be skipped)
liver/gallbladder

Some have done the Liver Flush without doing the PC and have been fine, while others have gotten really sick. parasites can be found just about anywhere in the body, liver too. Think of a lion quietly sleeping and munching away, then you disturb it and piss it off, royally. It's not going to go away without a fight.

Read the past posts in the liver forum and the parasite forums. You will find many people who have or have not done the PC before doing a Liver Flush and their experiences. Read as much as you can, esp the recommended posts before you go ahead. There are alot of "tips" from previously reported experiences. Learn from others past experience. LOL ask Blackbeard about the tip he picked up about "lubing the tube" lol.

Anyhow, read and ask questions, that's what this site is all about. Good luck.
