i have never bought the rings. i simply followed his instructions on his website and made them, first with fridge magnets(really weak), and then later with hard drive magnets, which are monsters as far as power. they will hold on to my finger just by their attraction without any tape or anything.

i finally developed a way to make the rings with stiffeners made of plastic milk jugs and then electrical tape to finish them off. they are very powerful.

according to his instructions, which are confusing but doable if you follow him and not preconceptions or misconceptions, i came to the conclusion that the positive goes up on the right pinky and the negative goes up on the left pinky. when i have worn them the wrong way, it did not feel right.

i thought his rings were cheaper than that, but that may be because i havent checked his site for a couple of years. i wore mine 24/7 for over a year. i have some reservations with magnets, but these have been so beneficial i do not want to stop them any time soon. Tweet
