Thanks Rog I think I will do a bit more research before I decide if I should hold fire and try to save for the more expensive one. Its like you said in one of your earlier post...sometimes people get the little cheap ones because they don't want to commit to spending so much money until they know if they work or not. I having said that you don't want to get something that is so cheap it doesn't work and then you never up grade and realise the true benifits...guess that is the dilemma! Anyway I am going to order a book off amazon and read up on the whole thing a little more. Thanks for all the advice...I am wondering what got you so into this and if you have overcome any major health problems with it?
