Well dosages in the 1000-5000mg should be classed as nutritional dosages with Vitamin C really, not Megadosages. Pharmalogical dosages are anywhere between 20gram-300grams! Just means serious high gram rates. I take Vitamin C a minimum 2 hours after Ozone.
