Re: is it normal for pain to be around so long?

I am sorry to hear you're in pain.

Can you tell me what your pain is like?

Can you stand and can you sit up?

Please check the aloe bottle and if it has magnisium, you may want to avoid taking it, you Antibiotic may not work if magnisium is present.

I got a book called "Prescription for Nutrional Healing" at the Barns and Noble, it has a section on diverticulitis and it looks very helpful. I have been following it's advice.
One of it's recommendation is to take Multienzme complex with pancreatin. I haven't had the chance to go to the health food store becuase of pain but I recently bought a protein shake that has pancretin and some other stuff that are suppose to help digest foods and build intestinal walls.

Are you able to move around and work?

For me, when I stay up for too long and do physical work, my left lower quadrant area gets very tender and my leg also can hurt.

Also, I have a question... inbetween your outbreak of pain, what has been your eating habits for the past 4 years?
