I wont be of much help since I am not a big believer in going to Dr's. If I believed them probably wouldnt be walking today, since I have a deteriorating spine and a bulging disk all they would say is surgery but I wouldnt do that. Now 5 years later, I am belly dancing! Self healing is great! But just wanted to say my husbands name is Monty :)
