Up at night...

Despite the 8 Ornithine capsules, I am up at 2AM...Tried to potty, but haven't will go back to bed soon...

An hour after the first Epsom Salt drink, I felt some gurgling in my stomach and burped. Tasted like barf, but just a dry heave. I was hoping it stayed down and it did. Then half an hour or so later, I had my first waterfall. I then regretted having the jalapeno peppers for lunch.

Shortly thereafter I took the second Epsom Salt drink, and was in the bathroom the next hour and a half with half a dozen squirts. Luckily I had been told to apply Vaseline to my bum (Thanks AmyK!), or those jalapenos would really have hurt.

In between bathroom trips squeezed a grapefruit, and got a cup of juice out of it. Measured ¾ cup and put the rest in the freezer for tomorrow.

Had two more BM's before bed. Felt like an adapted version of Richard Pryor's joke...

Needless to say I do not recommend any HOT foods to anyone before doing the Liver Flush...

The Grapefruit and Oil mixture said shake until watery...I guess I expected it to be clear like water and the original oil, but it was more like Pineapple juice, although the oil and grapefruit were mixed together. It didn't taste that bad, but I like both olive oil and grapefruit juice, although I never thought of combining them together...I wonder if it would make good salad dressing if I add some balsalmic vinegar?

Will try to lay back down...
