Hi, I did the castor oil pack too last night. Didn't have flannel or wool like it says to use, so I used what I had. Used a white wash cloth and layed it across my entire stomach, liver and gallbladder area. It gave me so much relief! It really felt like it was drawing the toxins out of me and it was very relaxing and soothing. Wonder how much better the results would have been if I'd used wool or flannel? :)

Will do this again this evening, I'm sold on it!
