*Cranky* Tried the castor oil...

and it really was not that messy. The oil is gel like consistency. I really had to work the oil into the piece of flannel.

I would recommend it. The pack took away my gallbladder aches for a couple of days. I also felt like something was moving in the liver/gallbladder, but it could have been just my wishful thinking, Ha!
