first flush....

i am on the off days of my parasite cleanse so last night I tried the liver flush. Yesterday i ate half a grapefruit a pear, and a beet,apple carrot, and ginger juice. Around 6:00 i drank my first bit of Epsom Salts . (I used 4 tsp. instead of 4 tbls.) I started to get really anxious, and had some mild panic attacks..... (the reason that I am fushing in the first place) then at about 9:00 i drank my second dose... Got really dizzy and confused. I have metal poisoning and bad parasites.. so not eating much for a day really puts me off. I was really anxious still so i got all my stuff together, and made the drink.

At 10:30 I drank it down.. i really loved the taste, it was easy to get down.. i used organic OO (Olive-Oil) and organic grapefruits. I took 6 ornithine caps.. and lay down.... about an hour later I took 2 more ornithine. I felt really nausiated, and my mind was racing... i think I thought of every feeling and emotion that had happened in my life.. i went through people and place and events and did my best to release the old anger. I fell asleep for about 2 hours. And then from 2:00 until 5:50 i layed in bed awake... i took a double dose of liquid valerian... but it didnt help. i had a really bad headache(still do) and was so tired and frustrated. i slept again until 7:00, drank more Epsom Salts and after an hour went to the bathroom... i passed about 30 little green things that look like lentils..very small... at 9:00 i drank my last dose of salts.. and i have gone to the bath room about 4 times.. each time with about 30 of the lentil type things.. and brown/tan chaff. I am totally exhausted, but still cant sleep.... I am tired but really restless.... its now about 10:30 here.... so im sure there will be more to come....
