i don't know...i have never done the MC....just trying the liver cleanse to avoid gallbladder surgery i have scheduled for march 24th...don't wanna flush...don't wanna have surgery... i'll take the flush first thanks...no stranger cutting me open with a scalpel, not tonite anyway (i hope) the Epsom Salts weren't that bad...here's hoping the OO (Olive-Oil) mix in 35 minutes isn't any worse...ewww...wish me luck...i'll post here tomorrow and let you know my results...
