Re: O.K.- I finally did it!!!

If anything, we all have a sense of humour here.

Since I've done the MC, both my sisters have tried it, one sister and B-I-L quit after 3 days but eats much better now, the other is on Day 1 of MC. 2 other dear friends have gone through it with another 2 in consideration.

All have commented how "glowing" I have looked during and since the MC. I've never had bad skin, but my sister asked me if I had started getting facials at the spa lately and have not told her.

A question, how is the Epsom Salt drink in comparison to the Master-Cleanse salt soln flush?
