There are no silly questions.....

The first time I did Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse, I noticed these little rice granules floating in the toilet. I later found out they were parasite eggs.

No, I never really looked for parasites in the toilet. But, after being on the cleanse for three weeks, I passed a human fluke and it was hard to miss because that was ALL I passed.

Then a month or so ago, I was doing another cleanse and in the middle of the afternoon, I passed a bunch of black looking round things with tiny legs or something attached and that was ALL I passed that day.

So, you may see "creatures" or you may not. Just know that doing the parasite cleanse is something that can only help your body, not hurt it.
