Re: Maybe a silly question, but...

Yesterday I started my first parasite cleanse, not because I suspect having parasites, but because H.Clark recommends it's a good thing to do before a liver cleanse.. I hate to get technical here, but when you people look for things, are you talking about literally disecting your BM? I don't know if I want to do that, three times a day , for four weeks . Is that what I am supposed to do? Really? Don't the aliens just float up? After looking at some pictures of parasites on this site, I wonder what I have gotten myself into....
