i dont know what the fluttery feeling is.. but when i parasite cleanse I get it too..... I have been taking 120mg. of q-10 fro a couple months... I have die off reactions(panic,anxiety,depression,and paranoia)... but I am getting a lot better... I am guessing that the flutter in the throat feeling is a parasite... (just a guess).. if it feels right keep it up...
