want to cleanse few more questions

Ok... I placed an order for the parasite cleanse from drckarkstore.com but am told the Bowel Cleanse should be done first...why exactly is that? My son is 17 & is skinny, wants to eat junk all the time, is very pale,and has stomach aches every day so I feel like he needs the parasite cleanse but I want to do what is the very best for him...bowel cleanse first, right? I would like to know if either cleanse affects the frequency of bm's. I ask because he has his first job & doesn't want to get fired for spending all day in the bathroom.
Also...when I do these cleanses will it help me emotionally? I have always been a very tender hearted person but here lately I can cry over a TV commercial or if I try to tell my family about something I saw, heard or read that was touching I start to tear up & they think I am loosing it. I also can't seem to sleep. I can go to bed early but never fall asleep till 1-2am then usually wake up on & off all night. By morning I am exhausted & stay that way all day. I thought maybe I am more emotional because of the lack of sleep & rest. I am convinced the cleanses will help my health issues I just have to 'do it'. Sorry this post is so long... just looking for help & answers.
