Just to add...as long as your son is not using a Colon Cleanse that contains laxative herbs...senna, cascara sagrada, cape aloes, high doses of turkey rhubarb...there will be no problem with him having to race to the bathroom or spending a lot of time in one! In fact, for many people the additional fiber combined with sufficient water enables them to empty their bowels with very little effort so that they spend less time in the bathroom. He may experience more movements a day as he increases the number of daily doses...perhaps 2-5 movements per day...but the urge to go will be just as it normally is. Tweet
