Some more questions.

I have been trying the Psylium Bentonite shakes. I have decided to give up the bentonite.
I have been feeling very constipated. I stopped the shakes for a while. I waited until I got the Caprox. I mixed it with the psyllium and I was O.K. I had regular B.M. But when I decided to add the Bentonite I was constipated. Bentonite not only makes me constipated, it also makes feel no very well. I feel bloated.

I have decided to try Holistics Horizon approach. I ordered it online already and I am waiting for it. But I am thinking I should continue with the caprol since it is good for candida overgrowth.
I was thinking to add one shake of psyllium with caprol every night or at a different schedule than the Holistic Horizons treatment.
Do you think this is a good idea?
Also I decided to begin the skin brushing program.

But I have some other problems. I am on a diet for candida, I do not eat bread, pasta, sugar, dairy products or fruits. But I do not have energy. I am tired most of the time and I am very weak. Also I am kind of depressing. I just do not have any interest for anything. I do not feel sad. Just lack of interest and no energy.
Do you know about the diet? What can I eat to improve my energy. I am eating mostly salads and fish. Some times I eat eggs and some turkey. The other day I decided to eat rice to see if made me feel better. I also eat yogurt.
I am doing my PhD in engineering, It is stressful and I usually needed to eat a lot to be able to do my assignments (mostly carbohydrates and sweet things) . I want to continue studding but I do not want to lose my health, because I know my old diet was killing me. I want to keep my diet, But now I am so tired and weak that I can hardly do anything. What can I eat to feel better? Fruits? What fruits?
Are there some herbs to improve my mood?
Can I mix them with Holistic Horizons approach?

I really hope you can help me.
