I'm glad to hear that you've had such a positive experience by adding psyllium into your daily routine...for some the added bulk is just the ticket needed for regularity. But for others who are constipated, adding fiber will result in them becoming even more bound up...particularly when the constipation is related to dehydration. There are many, many reasons for constipation...the effectiveness, or not, of fiber depends somewhat on what the cause of the constipation is. Sounds like you definitely needed more fiber/bulk in your diet...good going! ; )
